When you make an outgoing call from your new phone, if the the person on the other end can't hear you, or you cant hear them please check the following : If using a Doro Handle Easy, make sure that the plastic screen protector has been removed as this covers your earpiece. If you are using an Emporia life make sure the mains charger isnt connected. Then you need to check the call volume is set correctly : On the Emporia Life you can do this by using the volume butttons on the side of the handset whilst on a call, or by selecting "settings" and then selecting "handset volume" then you can use the up and down arrow keys to set the volume whilst not on a call. On the Doro Handle Easy you can adjust the call volume whilst on a call by using the up and down buttons on the side of the handset.
