| FAQS - How do I return my phone? | ||
![]() Before returning any products for any reason a returns authorisation label and number must be obtained by either emailing or writing to our returns department (see details below). The returns authorisation label must then be clearly attached to the outside of the returned package. Returns received without an approved returns authorisation label unfortunatly can not be accepted at our warehouse. We hope you are happy with your purchase from Matobmobile. However if you wish to return or replace a product, then please carefully read the information and follow the instructions below before sending back your item. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us unopened in its original condition (with any seals, screen protectors and wrapping intact and manuals present) within 30 days. We can only except the return open or used if faulty. The total cost of the product excluding delivery will be refunded within 30 days. Any products opened, incomplete, used or damaged will be ineligible for a refund. If the product you receive is defective, faulty or damaged you can return the product in its original packaging for a refund or replacement/exchange within 28 days. If a product becomes faulty or defective within the manufacturer's limited warranty period ( usually 1 year ) then the product needs to be returned to the manufacturer directly. Depending upon the product we may be able to offer an immediate replacement. i.e Once the faulty unit has been received by us, we will verify the fault and send out a replacement product. If we are unable to offer an immediate replacement we can facilitate the return of the product to the manufacturer for you, however this would usually result in a longer more complicated process for both parties. The manufacturer's warranty on the replacement product will be for the remainder of the original products warranty or 90 days which ever is greater. Matobmobile cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, we can only accept responsibility for the return once we have signed and received it. It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate cover is taken when returning items to us. We would recommend Royal Mail special delivery, as this provides insurance, is trackable and is recorded. If a product is returned as faulty and subsequently found to have no traceable fault it will be subject to a £6.99 redelivery charge before the goods will be returned, similarly if a unit is found to have physical damage upon return it will returned to the sender with a quote for repair.
